Do you love music? Did you miss out on the opportunity to learn a musical instrument when you were a child? Are you kicking yourself for quitting music lessons all those years ago? Are you looking for a fun, creative way to spend time with other adults who enjoy music? The New Horizons Band ® is an entry level band for adults who have never before played a musical instrument, or for those who haven't played in years. Each week, participants will get a group instrumental lesson and then come together for a band rehearsal. Community Music School in Trappe invites all those interested in becoming part of this exciting band program for adults to come to a rehearsal. We meet on Thursdays at 10 AM and rehearsals last approximately two hours. It's never too late to play again!! For more information, contact the school at 610-489-3676.
