The $1.5 million Crescendo Campaign supports Community Music School's recently completed 7,800 square foot facillity expansion. Although the building has been completed, CMS still needs to raise another $475,000 to pay off the construction loan. The new facility added nine new teaching studios, expanded office space, a spacious lobby and a 200-seat performance hall enabling Community Music School to house all of it's programs under one roof. A number of generous individuals, foundations and corporations have already supported the Crescendo Campaign. Gifts and pledges, payable over five years, are now being sought from a broader pool of people who understand the importance of CMS to our community - and who understand the importance of their support to the school. Our goal is to complete the fundraising effort and raise the final $475,000 by the end of 2010. Tax deductable contributions to the Crescendo Campaign will ensure that all students with a passion for music will be able to develop their musical talents at CMS for years to come.
